Now we hope to never get a return and so far, we really haven't had any, but it's going to happen. When it does, and if it's you, just let us know what the issue is and together we'll figure out how to resolve it. Basically, if you ever buy anything from us and  you're dissatisfied, then we've got a problem. So, just bring it back and we're going to get you something else that you're going to love. And if we can't satisfy the issue then a full refund would be made available.

Our customer satisfaction policy is exactly that. A customer satisfaction policy. We're here for you and smart enough to know that our success ultimately depends on your happiness and satisfaction. More than that, we just really love to make people happy.
